The sunny days of summer in the Valley are upon us - vacations, beaches, camping, gardening and enjoying the outdoors!
The heat, humidity and physical activity can quickly dehydrate our bodies, particularly in children and older adults. Make water your beverage of choice to replenish your body's fluids. Sip water throughout the day, and make it more appealing by adding citrus fruit slices, ice or in a water bottle you carry with you.
