NUTRITION

Regardless of developments in medicine and health sciences, food remains one of the most essential elements of life. It is the most potent and prevalent drug that we will ever ingest and yet most of us do so mindlessly, with little thought or regard for the impact our food choices are having in the body. Poor nutrition is the major cause of a wide range of health disorders and illness.

To become or to stay well, we must give our bodies the correct nutritional building blocks.

Consultations assess your body’s unique nutritional needs from which we develop a personalized program to assist you on your journey to optimal health and well-being. Useful information and assistance is provided to balance the diet, eliminate sources of stress, and guidance for supplementing to feel better in the short term and to avoid long term chronic issues. Contact Reflex Analysis helps to assist with determining your body’s unique requirements.

If weight issues, elimination problems, lack of energy, brain fog, headaches, and malaise define your days or you are concerned about developing cancer, type II diabetes, cardio-vascular disease, arthritis, or any other of the ‘getting older’ health issues, now is the time to take control of your nutrition.

Fees are $45 per hour. Initial appointments are 1½ hours, with subsequent appointments as required.

Nutritional consultations at Kings are provided by Mellisa Mitchell
